HOUSTON, Oct 27, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC VNR +3.49% ("Vanguard") announced today that its board of directors has declared a cash distribution attributable to the third quarter of 2011 of $0.5775 per unit ($2.31 on an annual basis) payable on November 14, 2011 to unitholders of record on November 7, 2011. This represents a 5% distribution increase from the third quarter of 2010 and a .04% distribution increase from second quarter of 2011. Based on Vanguard's closing unit price on October 26, 2011 of $28.07 and an annualized distribution of $2.31 per unit, new investors can earn an attractive tax-deferred yield of approximately 8.2%.
